Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Make the chocolate sauce: whisk the maple syrup and cacao together.
- Combine all other ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Note: this shake is great post workout if you add a scoop of vanilla protein powder
