- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup carrots
- 12 oz chicken breast
- 1 tbsp low calorie syrup

Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat 1 TSP of oil.
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to pan.
- Cook until golden-brown on the outside.
- Add vegetables to pan and cook.
- In a cup, combine peanut butter, chili sauce and syrup.
- Add 1/4-1/2 cup water (more if desired) and stir well.
- Add peanut sauce to the pan, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. *you may need to adjust ingredients to achieved your preferred balance between chili and peanut butter
