- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp low calorie syrup
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions
- Mix the protein powder and almond milk until protein powder is mostly dissolved.
- Add in the egg whites and chia seeds.
- Continue mixing - the batter should be quite runny.
- Add a thin layer to a frying pan and cook until the batter is just heated through.
- Serve topped with low-sugar syrup (e.g. Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup)
