- 1 scoop whey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 apple

- Mix whey, peanut butter & chia in bowl.
- Add almond milk slowly and mix together.
- Add almond milk until desired consistency and let sit for 2-3min.
- Cut apple into slices. Dip apple into pudding.
