- 1 large eggs
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1.5 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup berries for topping
- 3 tbsp maple syrup for topping

Instructions
- Heat a pan with non stick spray over medium heat.
- Whisk together all but last two ingredients and pour into pan.
- Cover and cook for five minutes.
- Flip and re-cover.
- Cook for one more minute or until eggs are cooked through and pancake has risen. Top with berries & syrup.
